Massive gratitude report!
Remember the listing appt set for today that they said 2/2027 is their move by date? Well…. long story short I got the listing and we’re going active Oct 23! And I get to refer them to an out of state agent! Thank you, Jesus! Praying this is the turning point I’ve been praying for and it’s just a start of many more to come.

Full disclosure today was hard. For lack of a better word.... it sucked🤣 My time blocks went out the window when we had an unexpected doctor's appt. I pushed on and continued the non negotiables. Got 1 buyer appointment scheduled for it to be canceled an hour later due to the house pending. Still see that as a win because I now had time to discuss their search results and build a relationship. Absolutely no long form video done yet but I have the script for the video and I just went live about my new listing..... so that counts in my head 😅 The pics are back on my second listing so hoping I will be live on that one this week! 🎉 This one has been in the works for about a month now. Glad to finally see some movement! It was messy.... it wasn't perfect.... but it was movement 🙌

Activities: - 101 Facebook Messenger offers of market reports →• 11 requests for updates• 6 reports already sent• Awaiting emails for 5 more - Pipeline challenge: promising buyer has ghosted. - Frustration: one person you’ve stayed connected with (and even promoted on your podcast) listed with another agent. Struggles / Frustrations - Ghosting buyer → stings because you had invested time/hope. - Losing someone you gave free promo to → feels personal, like your generosity wasn’t reciprocated. - Volume of outreach vs. lack of immediate ROI → discouraging.

I felt the same way! Takes a little time before you see the ROI but I promise you consistency is key. You are doing amazing and you will see results 🫶🤩

After 147 ringless VM, 47 emails, 23 video follow up texts, and over 20 calls I am sure I lost count 😂....I have 1 appt and had 7 great conversations with 3 of them turning into buyer consults for next week! 1st home home owners so I can't wait to help them achieve their real estate goals!

Activities: - Buyer Appointment (One-Time Showing Agreement):• Showed a home (not a fit) - 12 New Buyer Leads from FB Ads → all actively being worked. - 17 Messenger messages sent offering general market reports. - 2 Coffee Meetings:• One with SOI.• One with lender → follow-up partnership meeting scheduled. - 28 two-way contacts with FB ad leads - Proud of myself actually making the follow up calls to leads - Branding + Agent Attraction training → counts as Growth Activities
