Important Update on the Badass HR Hub - and request for feedback
Hi everyone— I wanted to share a quick update and get your input. I’ve been paying attention to how this space is being used, and like many of you, I know time is limited and most people aren’t looking for another place to “engage.” What I hear more often is: 👉 “I just need quick, practical help when something comes up.” Because of that, I’m considering closing the Badass HR Hub in its current format and shifting to a simpler approach focused on: - practical tools and resources (the Badass HR Toolkit) - and short, real-world sessions where we work through actual situations Before I make a final decision, I’d love your input: What would actually be most helpful to you? - Quick access to templates/tools - Occasional live sessions to talk through real HR situations - Both - Or this type of space just isn’t something you’d likely use Feel free to comment or message me directly. I appreciate you being part of this space—it’s helped me think through how to better support you in a way that actually fits your day-to-day.

I really appreciate tools, templates, resources and best practices, whether that’s available for on-demand consumption or coming together to discuss as a group. I just started a new job with a small company in GSO that is growing like crazy. I see so much opportunity to create some structure to improve HR efficiency and processes and would love to connect with others who have or are experiencing the same challenge. Helping the business understand that structure isn’t “corporate” coming in or something to fear, but rather it can create clarity and efficiencies that are good for the business and for employees.
Want Your Feedback!
I would like your feedback on the term ‘performance management’. The processes that many use are outdated, as well as the term in my opinion. As context, performance management is defined as how leaders help people do their best work, stay aligned, and grow—while ensuring the organization gets the results it needs. It’s a continuous process, not just once a year, and includes feedback, coaching, goal setting, corrective action, accountability, and performance reviews (or whatever you choose to call them). My thoughts on terms are Performance Enablement and People Success System. I need to land on a new term, as one of the solutions I offer is ‘Performance Management Redesign.’ What would you name it?
