Listening to a podcast from October 2025 where Clay recommends pebble I’m wondering if that still stands true in January 2026 for a newbie? Let me know what y’all are experiencing today.

Has anyone tried Stride's Skip Tracing services? I was looking at different options to compare along side with the Land Portal skip tracing and saw that Stride had an amazing 40% deal going on right now. Definitely worth looking into but, I wanted see if anyone has tested the quality. Given that it's Seth Williams and Mike Balcom's software, I naturally want to believe that it'll be on par with the land portal's quality.

For those of you who have built their systems around SMS. What are some mistakes that you wish you avoided or knew about before starting? Roadblocks that might've cost you money or even a potential deal? I finally have Stride and my texting platform set up. Just waiting the 10DLC approval and A2P to be finalized. I'm looking to hit the ground running and will probably start my texting volume you a bit lower to get the hang of it before ramping things up. I'd like to get a head of as many potential mistakes as possible.
