Such a welcoming group. The recipes and information are clear and without jargon. In the past I've wasted a ton of money on ingredients, and the result has been a let down. Dan is approachable and answers questions without any judgement of your level or ability. He makes using unfamiliar ingredients feel exciting instead of overwhelming. With his support, I feel able to make changes to my cooking style which ultimately will be beneficial to both my health (and my wallet.) Highly recommend.
