Overnight Oats Recipe
1 cup milk 1/2 cup oats (don’t use instant) 1 scoop protein powder (I’m using NurishID Pumpkin Spice) *add walnuts, chia seeds, powdered peanut butter, dried fruit, etc… Pop on the lid and stick it in the fridge

100% starting to feel the pressures of the holidays. I always get stressed out trying to balance all the time with multiple families, having the perfect meals and perfect gifts for everyone. I want everyone to have an amazing holiday. I keep myself grounded through gratitude. Despite trying to balance everything, I'mso grateful I have an amazing family. I also try to take a little extra time for myself, sit in the sauna an extra few minutes, find some time to read, anything that gives me a couple extra minutes to just breathe.
