What are you actually doing this for?
Not the business answer. Or the one you think people want to hear. The real one. The number you wrote down in the gap exercise — that's the what. But behind every number there's a reason. And that reason is the thing that will get you out of bed on the days when it feels like nothing is working. Is it freedom? The ability to work from anywhere without being tied to a room, a diary, a commute? Is it time? More of it. With the people who matter. Without the guilt of always being behind. Is it security? Knowing the money is coming. Not checking your bank account with one eye closed. Is it proof? The problem is that most health and wellness business owners have never stopped to look honestly at where they are, what they need to earn, and what it's actually going to take to get there. How many clients do you need a month?
Not roughly. Not "more than I have now." The exact number. Because until you know it, every marketing decision you make is a guess. Every piece of content, every conversation, every hour you spend trying to grow — all of it is aimed at a target you can't see. Most business owners have never worked it out. Not because they don't care — because nobody showed them how to. It takes about ten minutes. And it changes everything. Go back to your gap exercise.
