Hey team! It was so great having the sessions together. You can watch the replays under the recording links and you can use this chat to share any ideas or to check in. How are your accountability buddies doing? What nutrition change did you commit to and how is it going? How about your sleep routines - keeping the phone off an hour before bed? Getting to bed at a consistent time? We can support you if you've had a hiccup.

Goal Session Prompt Questions
In our Season 2 episode 2 podcast, Michelle and Sara suggest road trips can make a great venue for some unstructured goal setting conversations. Help your athlete clarify season goals, stay focused on process over outcomes, and build transferable skills for volleyball, academics, and life. Here are a few of our favourite questions to pose to each other. "Goals don't guarantee success but they guarantee growth" 1. “When the season ends, what would make you say it was a success—regardless of wins?” 2. “What kind of athlete do you want to be known as this season?” 3. “What’s one thing you really want to get better at over the next few months?” 4. “If you could only focus on one goal this season, what should it be?” 5. “What’s one habit that would support that goal?” 6. “What can you control every practice and every match?” 7. “How will you know you’re doing the work—even if results don’t show up yet?” 8. “What are you proud of that no one else sees?”
