✨ Something a little different today…
I know this isn’t directly about collabs BUT… it kind of is 😉 I wanted to introduce something I’ve been working on with my bestie… 🎙️ Unclenched (our podcast!) We’ve already recorded 11 episodes (which feels kinda wild tbh 😂) and it’s been one of the most real, fun, and unexpected things I’ve done in a while. It’s not business. I't’s not strategy. It’s real conversations about friendship, life, growth… and what it actually looks like to feel safe enough to unclench around someone. No performance. No fixing. No “having it all together.” Today’s episode is all about what real friendship actually feels like… and wow… we went there a bit 🫣💛 And honestly… creating something like this with a friend hits different. It’s a whole other level of trust, creativity, and just showing up as you are. If you’re curious, you can listen here: https://creators.spotify.com/pod/profile/unclenchedpodcast/ So now I’m curious… Have you ever created something with a friend? A project, a collab, a business, anything? Or would you want to? 👇 I’d LOVE to hear your thoughts (and experiences) below

It's so fun to work with friends! Me and a childhood friend, we are both into visual arts, and we ended up recording a one season podcast about "creative lifestyle". Recording every episode was just the best!!

We’ve had a little name glow-up ✨ 👉 Event & Collab Growth Co Same room… just clearer. Because this space was never just about events. It’s about getting in front of new audiences…through events, collaborations, partnerships, podcast guesting… all of it. Less posting. More visibility. More of the right people seeing you. Nothing changes in here except this: 👉 we’re leaning even MORE into real opportunities, real connections, and real growth. If you’re here, you’re in the right room 😏 👇 Say hi below or drop what you’re looking for right now (collabs, speaking, list growth… tell me 👀) ============================ P.S. There hasn’t been a ton of collab-focused stuff in here yet… but that’s about to change. I’m working on getting more people in here sharing real collaboration opportunities… we’re still new, still in that discovery phase… but it’s coming 👀

✨ New blog: How to Choose a Summit Idea That Attracts the RIGHT People
You don’t need more ideas… You need the right one 👀 If you’ve been sitting in: “I have ideas but I’m not sure which one will actually work…” This will hit. Because choosing your summit idea isn’t about being creative… It’s about choosing something that actually attracts the right people (not just more people) And most people get this part wrong. 👉 Read this:https://juliecbutler.com/choose-summit-idea-that-attracts-the-right-people/ Curious… Are you clear on your summit idea yet… or still in “figuring it out” mode? 👀

Definitely still in the figure it out mode!
Showing Up Without Losing Your Mind 😅
This is how I show up without getting overwhelmed… Not perfectly… not everywhere… just intentionally. Here’s what it looks like for me: • Morning check-in (my own group first) • Post something simple • Reply to comments Then… • Pick 2–3 other groups • Show up on purpose (not scrolling aimlessly) I don’t try to be everywhere anymore. I’ll do: • 1 intentional post a week (based on group rules, vibe, etc.) • Come back later and reply to comments • Engage in a few conversations that actually matter And then I’m out. Once a day. Not all day. Because that “too much” feeling? Yeah… that’s what makes people disappear. This keeps me consistent… without burning out. AND… Let’s be real… A lot of groups allow you to share freebies and offers 👀 But the key? 👉 Share while you’re serving 👉 Be authentic (people can feel it when you’re not) 👉 Actually want to help someone get a result That’s when it works. Not when you drop a link and vanish. ----------------------------- Curious… Are you someone who shows up consistently…or do you hit that “too much” wall and disappear? No judgment either way… I’ve been both 😅 Tell me below 👇

I think it's very important for many of us to set our own rules and boundaries to avoid burnout! Love the way you've scheduled it out.
Summits that are different
I want to read about people's experiences hosting summits that are different to the usual ones. Whether it was an audio summit, or all the interviews were live, or things like that --- I'd just love to see what people are doing out there that might be different to the norm. I love learning about new ideas!
