New Week Focus, Align Action With Your Energy
New week, fresh energy. Lately I’ve been realizing that side hustles or projects grow best when your actions match your energy, not when you force yourself to grind. Small, intentional steps that feel aligned can create more momentum than hours of stressed effort. It’s not about doing everything perfectly or fast. It’s about showing up consistently in a way that preserves your energy and focus. Even small actions, when repeated, compound into real progress. This week, my goal is to take one aligned, intentional action toward my project instead of forcing busywork. For those of you building or creating this week, what’s one step you’re taking that feels aligned and moves you forward. How?

@Lucas Daniella I help burned out women calm their nervous system, create flexible income through inner work and simple online business systems.
Growth doesn’t need to be loud
Some seasons of growth are internal. They don’t show up as milestones, launches, or big changes. They show up as boundaries, awareness, and self-trust. These seasons are often the ones that make sustainable change possible later. Learning to trust myself and having awareness has been key in beginning a new adventure in leaving corporate and starting my own business journey.

@Alisha Smith Thank you!
This goes deeper than discipline
Burnout isn’t solved by thinking differently. When someone has been in sustained pressure for years, their body learns to stay alert, vigilant, and braced. Real recovery starts when safety replaces urgency, not when effort increases. I spent so many years being in pressure mode and didn’t even know it until I started doing the inner work and learning about different modalities and tools that I have been able to release the pressure. It’s a continued process unlearning and reframing.

@Joi Rychelle Yes, building yourself up is the work but so worth it 🙂

@JosĂŠe LaRoche Yes physical and emotional are very much linked. Great job on doing the work.
Change can be invisible
Transitions often feel harder than the situation you’re leaving. Not because you made the wrong choice, but because your nervous system is adjusting to uncertainty after years of structure and responsibility. Nothing is wrong if things feel slower or quieter during this phase. That’s often where recalibration happens.

@Cassandra Kiehn Yes, going with the flow.
The invisible part of change

Nothing is wrong if things feel slower or quieter during this phase. That’s often where recalibration happens. Slowing down and listening to my body really helps me recalibrate.
