Hey Fungitarian Fam! As most of you know I've been sitting on this course for a while now, and I'm genuinely excited it's finally here. Enrollment closes this Friday, so if you've been on the fence, this is the moment to decide. Here's a little bit about why I built this. I've been coaching people for fifteen years and working with mushrooms for eight of those years. Somewhere in there, I kept running into the same problem. People wanted to work with this medicine, but nobody was giving them an actual system. Just a dose and a hope. I wanted to build something different: a real practice you can actually stick with, not just a one-off experience you forget about a week later. That's exactly what Micro Discipline is. Four weeks, one structure, and a routine that actually sticks. Here's what the four weeks look like: Week 1 is the foundation. No dosing yet. We slow down and cover what psilocybin actually is, how to prepare your body and your space, and why food, movement, and awareness have to come before anything else. This week is about building the container before you ever put anything in it. Week 2 is the system. This is where your first dose happens. We build your actual protocol together, your sourcing, your dosing schedule, plus the sound and tracking practices that shape how the whole thing lands. Week 3 is the deep work. You're in your protocol now, so we go further. This is where we work through the emotional inventory and the integration practice I teach every single client: write, walk, connect, every dose day, no exceptions. Week 4 is the new identity. We build your 90 day plan and lock the daily practice in for good, because the whole point was never the dose itself. It's who you become in the space it opens up for you. A couple of housekeeping notes. If you need product, I've got resources to help you get it. If you already have your own, that works too. This is about the practice, not about where your mushrooms come from. As long as you know what you are taking.
