Luqman refused to refund, stating that his videos are 100% legitimate. I just heard back from Fiverr: After a careful and thorough review, we have determined that the reported content does not violate Fiverr’s Terms of Service. I was just navigating Fiverr website customer service to reply to their decision, but can't figure out how to do so. There is no way to reach them thru the email they sent me. Any suggestions?
