i've tried working with virtual assistant and give them tasks that AI cannot do yet but I found out it is not working because VA from the philipines they are looking for copy and paste jobs and when I ask to create content with AI and their jobs is to edit the content and add images etc... it didn't work. have anyone had the same experience or better? my idea was simple VA + AI = boooom :-) but it is not :-( maybe it is the cost, paying VA at 400$ per month for full time... mmh what is your experience?

Yes same thing happened to me hiring VAs. The problem is many want to copy and paste jobs or something that will not involve decision in order to not make a mistake. For instance, I worked 2 years with someone from the Philippines. She did a very good job. I just gave her topics to write about bur once I introduced more variables like adding images etc.. everything got terrible and we lost a lot hours etc. 😪
