Hey guys, is there anybody in this classroom from Canada? I am a little confused regarding the shipping and delivery in the fulfillment section. The guy doing the tutorial talks so fast, and what he is doing is based on the States and not Canada! I deleted everything and I am following him but now I can not type Canada in the box as it is not listed. What am I suppose to do now?

Zoom Class
Has anybody else having issues starting their Zoom class? I’ve been sitting on here for a while for about eight minutes and it hasn’t started. It just keeps saying waiting for host to start the webinar. I tried the other class and I’m having the same issue there. Could someone confirm that It’s whether it’s my computer or if is at Zendrop side?

Store Policy
Hello any one who can help me here. I am on the last video in store setup and I can not find my Store Policy Page. Does every store have one or am I to make one up. The teacher does not go into how to make one up if I do not have one located on my store. Which begs the question I have yet to see a section on how to correct an error while typing. I have already made one huge error and I had to start over

To whom do I speak to about the on going charges from Zendrop on my Shopify store? I had the store built by Adrian Morrison and Zendrop was to be a free app and not for over a year I have been charged. I have sent a copy of the charges to Rohaan. Yes I realize you are connected with the Morrison/wix connection however I am tired of one issue over another and it all seems to be with the connection with Zendrop and the Morrison’s. I am getting the run around and I can not seem to find one person who will bother to follow up at your end to find a solution for me. Now I am also having issues with the Zendrop/ Morrison/Wix store!!!!! I would be grateful if someone at your end would take the responsibility to follow through and refund me the money Inhabe been charged by Zendrop Regards, Sandra

@Jane Wison yes they do! I feel I am now being avoided because I have caught all the mistakes and have brought it to their attention. I took off yesterday and today to attend the class and at no point did they post until it was to last that both Thursday class is moved to Friday and now I take another day off and I have been sitting in front of the computers and both classes just say “Waiting for host”. It was to start at 9 am and it is now 9:15 and I do not see any notification that there is an issue nor of the class has been cancelled!! 😡

Hello, I haven’t gone anywhere yet. I’m still waiting to hear back from the Support Team’s of the Zendrop/Wix/Morrison Support groups. There’s an issue that they’re trying to solve and they said not to do anything until it has been solved which is been three weeks now.
