Now it's time to raise your level. ๐ŸŽฏ WEEK 2 FOCUS Same 3 habitsโ€ฆ just done at a higher standard: ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Move: 20+ minutes, with purpose. No more going through the motions. Lock in. Push yourself. Get better at something. ๐Ÿฅ— Protein: hit your number, on purpose. Plan ahead (at least 2 meals). Stop guessing late at night. Execute as it matters. ๐Ÿ“ฒ Check-in: daily, with intention, not just "done." Tell us: what you did, what felt strong, what challenged you. This is where growth actually happens. โš ๏ธ REAL TALK This is where most people fall off. Not because it's hardโ€ฆ but because it requires more focus. Week 1 was motivation. Week 2 is discipline.

Did a 3 mile walk today since I missed the workout. I need to really work on getting enough protein daily.
