📌 How to Notice the Direction Your Life Is Moving
Over time, I’ve noticed something simple but powerful for me… What I consume daily quietly shapes my direction. Not in a dramatic way. But in small, repeated moments, I don’t always notice. So instead of changing everything…I simply started by NOTICING. Here are a few places I looked at: • Instagram saves — what keeps showing up? • YouTube — who do I keep returning to? • Pinterest — what am I collecting? • Screenshots — what felt important enough to keep? • Books — what’s calling my attention? • People I admire — what patterns do they share? • News — what type of news topics do I keep watching? - Music — what music do you keep wanting to listen to? No pressure. No judgment. Just self-awareness. And when what I'm consuming today aligns with where I want to go...Then I keep going. But if it doesn't...I gently shift what I consume next. That's how my direction has changed to who I am today... And who I want to become. 💛 ------------------------------------------- 🚀 Your Next Steps: I invite you to try it as well... 1. Choose ONE source from the list above. 2. Notice what you’ve been consuming there last week or even just yesterday. 3. Share your reflection in the comments (this is where the shift begins). 💬 Which one of these stood out to you today—and what did you notice? (Even one word is perfect. I’m curious what you’re seeing 👀)

I wish I could clone myself...
Hi mommies with 2 or more kiddos! Have you ever thought of these exact words: "I wish I could clone myself?" 🤣 Asking for a friend. LOL! (me 🙋‍♀️)

If you feel overwhelmed, try this...
When I feel overwhelmed...I do this. Before I start a task… before I open my laptop… even before I respond to a message…I pause and ask: 👉 “What would make this simpler?” (not faster… simpler) Simpler feels doable. It gives my brain a place to start. Time to breathe. And it just makes my body feel relaxed. 😄 I also use the word "what" not "how" --> because our brains have a harder time answering "how questions" versus "what questions." Just a quick brain tip for you. 😉 ------------------------------------------------------------ How does “simpler” look like? - Opening a blank doc and writing one word (not even a sentence ha!) - Voice-noting my thoughts instead of typing (stream of consciousness works best here) - Writing one thing on a sticky note and putting that in front of me all day (combats "out of sight, out of mind") - Or deciding… this doesn’t have to be done right now or at all! (busy work versus productive work) PRO TIP: I even ask my AI that exact question --> "What would make X simpler?" Then, I'd ask it to do that several times, until I get a response that feels doable for my ADHD brain. For example, if I'm writing a blog post, I'll ask my AI: "What would make writing my blog post simpler?" If AI's response still feels not simple for me, I ask it: "What would make that step you suggested even simpler for my ADHD brain?" I'll repeat that question until I find an answer that I like. After all, my AI is my thinking partner. 😁 ------------------------------------------------------------ How do I overcome my limiting beliefs? I think about it this way... It’s not about lowering my standard. It’s about removing the FRICTION that keeps me from starting…and continuing. If you want to know how I define "friction" --> watch this inside our Classroom (4 mins only)

Thank you Yes I couldn’t agree more I do this daily but usually say what one thing can I do and HOW can I take the easiest first step to start it and shrink it to as small task as I can . I’ll change the how to what is the easiest Step to take
🙏Thank You: Top 5 Across Each Leaderboard...
I wanted to appreciate our Top 5 across the 3 Leaderboards!!! 🥳 @Rebecca Bautista @Mindy Iannelli @Terrie Hein @Anzumana Taal @Sara Fredrick @Selene Chaves @Pamela Igwe @Ki D @Larvida Noble @Elaina Rice @Cristal Vancarson @Amanda Connell @Dipa M Check out the screenshots. Some are tied for 5th place, that's why there are more than 5. I see you all. I appreciate you truly for supporting our community. 🙏 What stands out for me isn’t just your activity…It’s how you've shown up. And here’s what I saw you do with such a kind heart: → Liking posts (not just mine) → Commenting → Replying to others' comments Not just posting. Supporting. That matters a lot. I feel you're living our Rule #3: 💞 Give to give (getting is irrelevant) ----------------------------------------- To our Top 5 members across each leaderboard… 🎁 As a thank you, I’d love to invite you to share ONE offer you’re working on. Do it as a SEPARATE POST. That way, I can pin your posts one by one so the community can easily find and support you. It can be: • Your free or paid community • A challenge you’re hosting • A social media page to follow • A YouTube video to watch • A blog post to read • A product or shop • Anything you’d love support on ✨ Just ONE (to keep this simple and doable for all of us🥰). Then, as a community, we can show up for you the same way you’ve shown up for us. 💞 ----------------------------------------- For everyone else → let’s support them the same way they’ve supported us: 💛 Like their post 💛 Leave a comment 💛 Encourage them This is how we build something meaningful here together.
🙏Thank You: Top 5 Across Each Leaderboard...

Congrats
NEW exciting project 🥰🤩
Working on an exciting project that will help so many parents of kids ages 8-13 help their child make real friends and feel confident in social situations. And since we're mompreneurs (and dadpreneurs) here...and since our kids' struggles affect how we show up in our businesses...that's why this new project came into being. Another personal project I want to share with you all. Coming soon! Anyone excited?
