Greetings Fellow Savages
I say savages because to go inward and face ourselves is the most courageous and savage thing we can do. Check out the various definitions from Claude: --Historical/Colonial — A person considered primitive, uncivilized, or outside "polite society." Deeply tied to colonialism and used to dehumanize Indigenous peoples. Largely considered offensive in this context today. --Literal/Wilderness — Someone who lives outside civilization; feral, untamed. Shares a root with silva (Latin for forest/wild). Moral — A person of extreme cruelty or brutality. "He fought like a savage." Adjective (intensity) — Fierce, harsh, unrelenting. "A savage storm." "A savage review." --Slang (modern) — Someone who acts with zero filter, no fear of social consequences, or bold disregard for what others think — usually used as a compliment. "She said exactly what everyone was thinking. Total savage." Internet/Gen Z — Extended the slang meaning to include brutal honesty, epic comebacks, or doing something impressively reckless. Often used admiringly. The word has essentially flipped in casual use — from the worst thing you could call someone to a term of respect for authenticity and fearlessness. In a world where people are constantly drawn outward to the newest and shiniest dopaminergic distraction staying focused on ones self and their personal responsibility to themselves, their Soul, their family, their community, and the larger more-than-earth community is the most savage thing to do. It says 'FUCK THE SYSTEM' I'm doing it my way. The way of my Soul. According to my own Truth. Following my own compass. Stay Wild. Be Savage.

Slow Down
In 'post-modern' society where everything and everyone is moving SO FAST. The real flex is in our ability to SLOW DOWN. In one of my first really intense Cannabi$ experiences, years ago, I was writing stream of consciousness and the term SLOW DOWN kept coming through repeatedly. Was it a message from my 'higher self', my 'guides', my ego, my inner child? Who knows? But that message has continued to percolate in my awareness and it is guiding me to design a life where I have the freedom and flexibility to slow down, appreciate the little things - like the warmth of the rising sun, the delectable taste of a wholesome meal, the quench of electrolytes after a sauna session, and the quiet hum of mother nature. How fast does life seem to be moving for you? Are you taking time to slow down? Have you noticed the increasing pace of society and it's impact on you and your relationships? Let me know what you're feeling, noticing and experiencing out there and my hope for everyone in this group is that you make the conscious choice to slow down. You never know what kind of magic might blossom out of it.

@Corbin Sellers oh theres the general area of being more allowing towards myself in general to slow down. Not following that inner narrative of having to achieve something to be of worth.
