Who can believe how fast this year is going…? Time continues to march on, my friends. There have been some pretty exciting moments for the community over the last quarter. We’ve had seen some new faces ( @Tyler Carr , @Alistair Gordon ) and seen the return of some old ones ( @Michael Heckmeier , @Armando Montealegre , @Demetrios Venetis and others). We’ve done AI workshops, countless coffee hours, and stayed super consistent with our weekly planning sessions. We’ve seen the deployment of an end-to-end strategy execution system (Taskmaster) and a content marketing system (Media Machine) that collapsed the labor required for those functional areas down to a 1/10th of what it used to take. Unreal but true. We’re definitely still a ways out from our stated goal at Venture Map, to deliver the world’s premier self-optimizing enterprise platform — but we’ve made solid progress and our roadmap has me feeling seriously optimistic. Now here’s the thing. For the very few of you who have been here for a while, you know that this Skool community constitutes a type of sandbox for me. A forum for experimentation and **hopefully** market-driven product development. That being said, I believe the purposes of this community would be best served by going through another stage of evolution. You may have seen my “$1000 gift” post a little while back… It was an experiment to gauge our current level of engagement / resonance with the group. To say the response to that post was underwhelming would be an understatement. But more than that, it’s a signal for change. One, among many others, that’s shown me the importance of iterating my approach to growing this group in a direction that genuinely resonates with a specific audience and is of great service to them. Right now, I can’t say that I’ve been successful at that.

Tasks get done day to day. That's where the "magic" of Strategy Execution is found. I am a big advocate for actively managing your "Planning Horizon" (Day, Week, Month, etc...) Keeping alignment between your longer range goals and what you're doing today is so critical to scaling a business. This is the foundation. Every law that follows builds on this one, so it matters that the mechanics land clean before we move forward. The short version for those of you already deep in the framework: the lesson walks through the full RIAA case, the Medici observance, and the diagnostic question — then bridges into the AI application that 1B picks up. For those of you who have read Volume I, the lesson follows the book's structure closely but the delivery is different on camera. Some things land harder spoken than written. The Brianna LaHara story in particular. The diagnostic at the end is the one worth sitting with: is the thing you charge for built on a constraint that has collapsed or is collapsing? If so — are you chasing the collapse or capturing the migration? Run it honestly. Bring what you find to the group. That is where this gets operational. 1B drops next. This is the video that plays before Lesson 1A — the orientation. What the course is, how it works, and what I expect from you. Three things I want to flag for this group specifically. First — the paired structure. You already know the books. The course follows the same architecture. Lesson A is the law, taught with the full historical proof. Lesson B is the application, dated to the current market. The pairing is the point. One without the other is incomplete. The course enforces the pairing by design. Second — the diagnostics. Every lesson pair ends with an exercise you run against your own practice. These are not review questions. They are structural audits. By the time you've finished all thirteen pairs, you will have a terrain map of your business that is more honest and more specific than anything you've produced before. The community is where you pressure-test those diagnostics against each other. Third — the timeline. I say it in the video and I mean it: ninety days from physics to position. The window analysis is specific. The operators who hold themselves to the timeline will compound faster than the operators who treat this as background content. This is not background content.
