Is it wise to you use the sellers title company or choose your own when closing on a MF asset?

Caleb, Danni, myself,and one other partner I've taken on the 10 Plex in Houston renovation started while I was on vacation. This had the worst stucco and Roofing. I have seen in a long time. When I started projects like this used to take me months, it is so cool to see the systems in place for these projects to now take only weeks we're doing interior exterior and landscaping work to this property. Turning it into something brand new that it has never been. And an up-and-coming area of Houston this should look fantastic on appraisal
