In this post, I asked what everyone was working on this week. Now I'd love to know how you got on 😁 @Maria Montserrat you were working on growing your Better Than Fine community. How has the week gone? @Allison Bonilla you were updating your student workbook and getting ready to return to Facebook. What progress did you make? @Kemi Adekunbi you wanted to get more eyes on your offer. What did you do this week? @Veronika Hübner you were getting your act together 😆 Did it happen? @Debra Banks you had a busy week of B2B collaboration sessions. How did they go? @Klara Szell you were creating your rebellious new marketing concept 😎 How is it coming along? @Ginger Hamilton you had dishes, yarn and a YouTube video to deal with before building your empire 🤣 What did you manage to get done? @Sean Reddaway MSc you were finishing the marketing strategy and videos for your Alpha Protocol coaching programme. Is it nearly ready to go? @Eleanor Beatrice you were getting more eyes on your offer, speaking with potential clients and keeping the work behind the scenes moving. What happened? @Kate Galli you were onboarding new yearly members, setting up your systems and working on your social media approach. What was your biggest win? @Danielle Mitchell you were inviting people into your community. Did any new members join you? @Jodi Hasbrouck you were sorting through all the ideas in your head and deciding what needed your attention first. Did you choose your focus? @Marleen Greenleaf you were organising your calendar and creating the event sign-up for your first entrepreneurial programme cohort. Is it ready?

Yes, I did. I had more conversations with potential clients this week, and one thing I’m learning is that personalized conversations get a much better response than simply focusing on reaching more people. I’m continuing to refine what’s working and where conversations tend to lose momentum. 😊
I’m SO excited to share this with you! 🎉
Over the last few days, lots of you have been telling me about your client onboarding and how you’d love to get a process in place, but finding the time to create everything is another matter. So I decided to create something to help 😊 My Client Intake Toolkit is now ready! It gives you a ready-made onboarding process that you can set up once and then use with every new client. And to celebrate it being ready, I’m offering it for the first 5 days with $70 off. Usually £97 → just £27 Use code INTAKE70 at checkout. 👉 Get the Client Intake Toolkit for £27
I’m SO excited to share this with you! 🎉

This is such a practical solution, @Miri Campbell . Having a ready made onboarding process can save coaches so much time while also giving new clients a more professional experience. 🙌

There's a Process to Coaching Creativity?
Why, yes, there is! The path to leading a creative life that I offer is based on three concepts: Explore. Create. Share. "Explore" focuses on questions to help you understand your own habits, what blocks you, what excites you. It's journalling to uncover the stuff lost in our daily lives that connects us with that playful kid side, the one who tries new things, who'll doodle or write or strum without a worry about perfection or productivity. I also share concepts, research, quotes etc that make us think a little more about what we do and why, the intentions, the motivations. Think too of goals and directions to keep us on the right track, to know where we are going and why. Create: These are the prompts, activities and hacks. Such as I'll post a video about how to make lists to refer to later, challenge you to make a playlist to accompany your project, a word game to shift your attention and get you creating outside of your work in progress. You'll be asked to act on your ideas, make, practice, play, research, put paint to paper, songs to strums...a daily habit, or a weekly one, it's your life and your choice but checking out the prompts and tips, and trying something new, that's the practice and the play. State your goals and the steps you'll take each week with a friend. Share: And now you consider how your week went. What did you aim to try or do? How did it go? What threw you off course? What magical conversation did you have? Inspiring each other is done through sharing our processes and attempts as well as the wins and wobbles. Take a moment to interact and help another along the way. You never know how your words or actions can make a huge difference. Be there for each other. Share a photo or description of what you are working on each week. That is inspiring and encouraging for everyone. Any questions!? I'm here to get you excited to show up for yourself, play, create, share what you do and learn because creativity in all its forms is good for our mental health, brain health, longevity, and connection through self-expression. So why not try it? Pick something you'd like to learn and go for it...I did, I just tried oil pastels for the first time last week and it's so different from acrylics! I'm doing more this weekend. What about you?

I really like how practical this makes creativity feel. “Explore, Create, Share” gives people permission to experiment without getting caught up in perfection, which can make the creative process much more sustainable.
How’s your client onboarding?
We spend so much time thinking about how to attract clients and get them to say yes, but what happens once they do? When someone signs up to work with you, do you have a set process that takes them from becoming a client to their first session, or has your onboarding just developed naturally as your business has grown? How would you describe your client onboarding?

A smooth onboarding process can make a huge difference in how confidently a new client starts. It also sets the tone for the entire coaching relationship.
