For me it happen during gym class. Someone served it toward me and I did a perfect receive. That is when I fell in love with volleyball.

Hello, I am Samarth. I am pretty much set in all of my skills, being a setter and having amazing receives, however I also want to practise spiking. How should I do so without equipment, and what are some spiking tips… I am pretty short, but I have a 25-inch vertical, thus my arm reaches above the net consistently.
