I'm hosting a couple of workshops and just curious about the order of things. Planning to do a lecture/education around polyvagal with my chriopractor and include a full breathwork session within that-- should breathwork be before or after the lecture?? Also same question, but with embodiment/movement work. Which would you do first??
Hey hey breath masters!! Wondering how you would price sessions that are for a company. Waiting to hear back how many people it will be, but wanting to get a rough idea before our phone call later today!
I had asked a question about pelvic floor pain management and if anyone had any experience with alleviation of these types of issues a month or so ago. I have done a couple sessions with a friend who is experiencing severe PF tense-ness and pain. After one breathwork session she said it's alleviated almost entirely, although the tension has either moved or just without the distraction increased the pain/tightness in her TMJ, I am still super excited for her and what the future holds! Wanted to share that here!
@Claire McNally That is amazing to hear!! Thank you so much for sharing. Glad you have found some relief and I can't wait to hear more as your journey continues!!
Did you know that 70%+ of weight loss is through the breath? I recently learned this and had no idea, it's released as CO2. What a concept 🤯 Now I'm ravenously curious-- Do you have any stories of breathwork + weight loss???
