MY FIRST COURSE IS OFFICIALLY LIVE!
Vehicle Basics 101 is now live, starting with Module One: What a Vehicle Actually Is This is a $30 one-time purchase with lifetime access. This course is designed for beginners who want to understand how vehicles actually work, without intimidation or technical overload. It’s also a great fit for teens and families. We include vehicle basics and maintenance in our own homeschooling because we believe car literacy is important life knowledge. Whether you’re learning for yourself, teaching your kids, or learning alongside them, this course is built to meet you where you are. If you have ANY questions as you work through the module, post them! I’m happy to help.

The #1 Reason Women Get 'Ripped Off' at Shops
Why Women Get Ripped Off at Auto Shops It’s not because you’re clueless. It’s because you’re rushed and not given context. Shops make money on urgency + confusion. So here’s the rule I want you to remember: ‼️Always ask: “What happens if I don’t do this today?” Unsafe and inconvenient are NOT the same thing. You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to think. You are allowed to say no. Confidence isn’t knowing everything, it’s knowing enough to ask the right questions! That’s what I teach here. Save this post — it’s the foundation of everything we’ll build together.

If you’ve ever been rushed into a repair or felt pressured to say yes, leave a ‘ 🚩’ If you’re here to stop that cycle, you’re in the right place!! ❤️
👋🏻❤🔧WELCOME TO GARAGE CONFIDENT: WOMEN WHO KNOW CARS
Hi!!! I’m Samantha — and I’m the one teaching here. 👋 Welcome to Garage Confident: Women Who Know Cars I built this space because I got tired of watching women get confused, talked down to, rushed, or straight-up ripped off when it comes to cars. Me? Cars are literally my life. I'm in the garage, I turn the wrenches, I’ve learned the hard way. And I believe knowledge is power... especially in a space that’s historically tried to keep women out of it. Here’s what you should know about me and this community: - I teach how cars actually work, not just surface-level tips - I explain what shops say vs. what they mean - I help you know when something is necessary and when it’s BS - We start with shop basics, but we will absolutely grow into builds, mods, and performance - You do not need to turn a wrench to belong here... confidence comes first 😉 This is not a free-for-all advice group. This is not a place for ego or gatekeeping. And this is not a space where anyone gets shamed for not knowing something. I’m here to teach... You're here to learn. Questions are encouraged. Curiosity is respected. If you want to feel confident walking into a shop, understanding your car, or eventually building something of your own, then you’re exactly where you should be!! 👇 Introduce yourself below! Tell me: - What you drive - What brought you here - What you want to understand better about cars Welcome to Garage Confident. Let’s take the intimidation out of the garage.

Just a girl who basically lives in the garage. Before cancer, I was a service advisor for 15+ years. And now I turn wrenches with my hubby and teach!
