📌 Day 1 — CUT / KEEP / CHANGE
A single snip starts a shift. Today I reclaim December, one vine at a time. Not dramatic. Not chaotic. Just clear. CUT what drains you. KEEP what matters. CHANGE what needs to evolve. Comment one word below: CUT • KEEP • CHANGE

This year, I started a challenge to be ready on time for Christmas witout stress. This is my big change. In the past, I always felt like, I had to prepare Christmas in 2 days. The 23th of december, when my boss said " Nice work, see you un January" I felt like we juste past from November 23th to December 23th. So this year, I started a challenge, d'or the moment que are 7 in this challenge, but this week I am Working on posting on FB my challenge. I hope we will be more before the end of the challenge!
☕️ 11 O’Clock Warm-Up — The Post-Holiday Comeback
Yesterday was food + family. Today is… well… whatever it is. No pressure, no productivity contests — just honesty. Drop one sentence:W here are you really at the day after Thanksgiving? Are you energized? Dragging like a turkey carcass? Half-functioning and eating pie for breakfast? (I won’t judge — I’d applaud.👏) I’ll drop mine in the comments.

In Canada, Thanksgiving is in October, so for us, it was only the routine. Except that one of my llama was not feeling well, son I slept 3 h in my night to be near her, and I call the vet this morning. Almost 12h later, She is ok and I am finally in my chair and may think to eat! My breakfast at 6h30 am is very far in my body😅

🌿 Morning Check-In: What Book Is Living in Your Head Today?
Alright Jungle Mamas… let’s ease into the day with something simple. Not your favorite book. Not the one you’re “supposed” to read. I mean the one that’s been wandering through your brain today — uninvited, unbothered, and very on brand for mom life. 📚 A quote that stuck 📚 A lesson you needed 📚 A story that matches your mood 📚 Or something totally random that popped up because your brain is a jungle too What book is quietly whispering in your head this morning? (P.S. Monday begins our Holiday Reset Experiment, so consider this a gentle mental warm-up. 😉)

@Jenn Locklear this is a video from a couples of years, we had à lot of snow that year. https://youtu.be/N9fd4T2vQcA?si=fiSEsKo_vOyAWBC_ On my side, I am reading "Best fake fiancé", but for the Harry Potter, l think the last one I read (in English) was the #3. I read them all in French, but not yet in English.

@Jenn Locklear reading in English or in a second language, help me to learn this language but it also help me to fall asleep when I read in my bed. I have more vocabulary since i'm reading in English. And reading in English is more difficult for my brain,so when I'm reading in bed I will not be hooked in the story, and I will be able to sleep faster :) if you need help or have questions for French don't hesitate, I can help!
🌿 Midday — The Fatigue Loop (And How to Break It When You’re Tired of Being Tired)
Alright Jungle Mamas… real talk for a second. When engagement picks up like it did today, I know exactly what that means: you’re exhausted, but you still want connection. You want something that fills you up without draining you. So here’s your tiny value nugget for the day — no lectures, no overwhelm: The Fatigue Loop: Most tired moms fall into the same 3-step cycle: 1. Low energy → 2. do the bare minimum → 3. feel guilty you’re not doing more → repeat. The trick isn’t to “get more energy.” It’s to break the loop with one tiny, non-heroic shift. Here’s your tool for today: 🌱 The 2-Minute Reset Pick ONE thing you can do in two minutes or less: wipe one counter drink a full glass of water sit down and breathe for 10 slow counts throw one thing away put one item right where it belongs brain-dump the next step of something Two minutes. Just enough to give your brain a win without inviting burnout. Then tell us: 👇 What’s your 2-Minute Reset move today? The jungle wants to celebrate the tiny wins that actually move the needle.

I took the habit of cleaning my desk every time I finish using my computer. Almost 2 weeks since I started this and #1: it's still clean, #2: I use my computer more in 2 weeks than in the last month so many "pending" tasks are finished 😉 Actually, I need to clean the rest of the room, but for the moment to take 1 minute each time to clean it, it is a big win for me!

🌞 Morning Living List: Wednesday, November 12th
Midweek in the jungle — half wild, half weary. You’re not behind; you’re just building momentum quietly. The goal today isn’t perfection. It’s presence. 🪶 Drop three things from your Living List this morning: one you’re finishing, one you’re starting, and one you’re doing for yourself. Then like and encourage two sisters doing the same. Because consistency, not chaos, grows the jungle. 🌿 #MomJungle #LivingList #WednesdayFocus #SubtractionForSanity #OperatorMom

@Jenn Locklear thank you! I'm trying to regrow my hair because in recent years, with the high stress I've experienced, I've lost a lot of hair.

@Jenn Locklear Exactly, 29 years old and with white hair for a few years now! I suspect hormonal changes and the short nights I had with my babies.
