I’m honestly getting tired of cold calling. I’ve been doing it every day for the last 2–3 months, but I still haven’t gotten a single carrier to work with me. Sometimes I wonder if the problem is because I’m Pakistani, or because U.S. drivers don’t trust dispatchers anymore—especially dispatchers from Pakistan. Maybe my accent also makes them realize I’m not from the U.S. I’m not trying to scam anyone. I’m an independent dispatcher who spent around 3–4 months learning dispatching, and now I’m trying to build my own business. I’m working hard every day, but the lack of results is really frustrating. If you’re an experienced dispatcher, what do you think I might be doing wrong?

Hi, I hope all is well and happy i'm new to this community so, i want to learn that how can i get more and more carriers and from where i can get. please give me a way to find carriers

I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)
