I want to go in to this meeting better prepared so I wanted to ask if anyone can help me price the services? Initiation fee? Monthly fee? How about other OpenAI, Make.com, Twilio, and Vapi fees? I have seen Brenden's video on white labeling vapi, is that the best way to go? I see he is leaning towards Retell now. Can that be white labeled?

So I have a list of leads ready to be imported to Google Sheets who can be called to potentially buy my program. I'd like the opening prompt or greeting to say "Hi [customer name], this is Alex from The Company" how do I prompt that customer name in Vapi? I have a make.com google sheets to vapi connection live.

Hi @Brendan Jowett, I followed your tutorials on youtube to get so far only to realize you're switching to Retell. My goal is to learn and start selling AI Voice Agents as a business but I'd like to know what specifically made you want to switch providers? What about your own clients who are on Vapi? Would you be moving them to Retell? How much a hassle is that?
