I decided a while back that "wins" here don't have to be massive. Sometimes a win is smaller and just as real. The imperfect action. So I'll go first. This week's win: I said no to a project that would've paid okay and was for an amazing tech company but would've meant at least 3 hours commuting by car 3 days a week. I have fought so hard to have time freedom. A year ago I would've said yes and figured out the cost later. This time I didn't. That's it. That's the win. Realizing that you have a choice and actually making it. Your the architect of your life. What's yours this week? Doesn't have to be big. Just real.
That's a great reminder that boundaries count as wins too protecting your time is just as valuable as any big milestone. Congrats on trusting yourself enough to say no. Thanks for kicking this off!
