How do you describe what you want to build? Do you start with a function to perform, a story, a problem to solve? Or some other way of telling the AI what you want?

I'd love some sort of app that could take written work and nicely lay out and format it for me. When I edited books and journals, this was the bulk of what I did--making sure citations were done right and led to actual resources, spacing and indents lined up properly, headings were properly applied, etc.
