Win - yesterday a customer I was gently confronting, regarding a missing contract, put his arm around my shoulder and assured me that he would resolve the issue. I was happy, I always try to be approachable and open. Wobble - I haven’t heard back from said manager or received the missing contract yet. 🤣

Hi everyone, my name is Sam Dunlop. I’m a Kiwi, a New Zealander, living in Sweden with my wife and three kids. I’ve been in the aviation game ever since when. It’s been a fun path, always presenting a new challenge. Currently I represent a manufacturing company, I'm required to build relationships with customers all over the world which I enjoy. But to speak and/or present to groups has always been a difficulty for me. I’m enjoying being on this Presenters Mastery now Public Speaking journey, it’s been around six months so far which means that I’m about half way through… or am I?? I could see this being a life long quest, overcoming barriers, continuously learning and evolving. I’m looking forward to continuing this journey here with you all. It’s an opportunity to grow and expand, to meet others and to have some fun at the same time. Bring on 2026 and may your audience always be in the palm of your hand!!
