I do 6.25mg daily first thing in morning. I find the 6.25mg limited side effects like eye floaters which i got when i did 12.5mg every other day.

I take it on empty stomach, never felt anything from it. Doesnt work immediately.

Making Own Slin Pills
Hey Everyone, Im curious if anyone has tried creating their own slin pills and if it was as effective as Enhanced/Condemned Labs version. Reason im considering doing this is because some of the countries i travel to and live doesnt have them , and shipping it there tends to get a little pricey and become a hassle. So i tested making my own cocktail basically consisting of taking 1500mg Berberine + 600mg Alpha Lipoic + 7.5mg Vanadyl sulfate. Im finding it's not hitting the same and isn't as effective as the 2 original slin pill supplements. I notice a bit more crash after a high carb meal and bloating. What would you add to this or change ?

@Ri Zus Also some of the ingredients can be cheaper than other when you make this mix. ie Fennugreek extract and cinnamon extract are rather cheap i found out, whereas others might be costlier. So U can experiment and start with what you have

@Aaron Reed Was chatting with AI and gave ingredients and it recommended same thing. Which is that you can add a few of the supplements extra to give that extra boost and really kick things up a notch with very little sides but lots of extra benefits

AC262
Anyone tried AC262 in liquid form. Just received a bottle from receptor chem, tried it this morning burnt my mouth throat and stomach I was sick within a minute taste like nicotine and oven cleaner guessing thats not normal?

Ive read this is normal for the liquid form of AC262. Ive only tried the pill form and it's exactly because of that lol. If you google "AC262 Taste reddit" you'll see many threads about this and how some people mitigated it
