Community Conduct
COMMUNITY VALUES & CODE OF CONDUCT Srijan Flow works only if the space feels safe, grounded, and respectful. These guidelines protect that. 1. Respect first Speak to others the way you would in a real conversation face-to-face. No insults, ridicule, shaming, or hostile debates. Disagreement is allowed. Disrespect is not. 2. No diagnosing or fixing other members Share your own experiences and insights. Do not: • tell members what is ā€œwrongā€ with them • assign spiritual meanings to their struggles • present yourself as their healer or therapist Support is welcome. Authority over others is not. 3. No spiritual superiority No one here is ā€œmore awakenedā€ than someone else. Avoid: • preaching • lecturing • correcting people’s beliefs • pushing personal doctrines This is a learning and healing environment, not a recruiting ground for ideologies. 4. Confidentiality What members share here stays here. Do not screenshot, repost, or discuss another member’s story outside the community without permission. Trust is foundational. 5. Grounded conversation We explore psycho-spiritual topics, but we stay anchored in practical life. Please avoid: • fear-based conspiracy discussions • apocalyptic predictions • telling others they are cursed, attacked, or energetically doomed The goal is empowerment, not fear. 6. No unsolicited private messaging Do not DM members to sell, recruit, coach, or ā€œhealā€ them unless they clearly request it. If someone reports unwanted outreach, access to the community may be removed. 7. Personal responsibility Everything offered here is educational and experiential. Members remain responsible for: • their health decisions • mental health care • medical care This community supports your process — it does not replace professional treatment. This space is meant to be thoughtful, sincere, and human. We are here to understand ourselves better, support one another appropriately, and create meaningful change in real life — not just online.
