What YOU Do Matters
One of favorite memories from being a former Bodyworker and LMT was knowing why my clients were coming in. Then the opportunity to remind them what being HUMAN felt like. 🌷To be cared for 🌷Nurtured back "to center" 🌷To Let Go of their weight 🌷To connect with their body and breath 🌷To be so present and know they felt it It's an honor. ❤️

This really resonates. When you’ve done bodywork, you understand it’s never just about the physical touch, it’s about creating a space where someone feels safe enough to let go and come back to themselves. That moment when you can feel a client exhale and soften is everything. Truly an honor.
🫆Ways to Offer CBD
A CBD offering whether service or retail can be looked at as both the main entre or the top off dessert. Offering both Main Entre AND Dessert metaphorically maximizes sales potential and client benefits/experience. 👇👇👇👇👇Pro Tips 👇👇👇👇👇 1. Have counter cards (8x11) and (4x6) displayed in visible high traffic areas. 2. • MARKETING CBD --> 3. • caution ⚠️ with visible signage its best to say things like (Ultra Calm, Deep Relax, Sweeter Infused, The Herbal Zone etc) feel free to get creative. This way you can promote on your website, menus and even windows without violating or flagging the "regulators" 4. If its not part of the Main Entre ( used as the main medium, offer a add on with it) "The Dessert." ---> Areas of most inflammation, Stiffness, Repetitive Injuries etc. 5. Your Clients Will Thank You! 6. Encourage Take Home! Until their next appointment you want to help them stay feeling their best and or support their joints during the "time between" .....grab the product you think will do just that. Place it in their hand and say id recommend this. And know you'll love it. 7. If you have one open have them TRY it or BETTER let them know it's what you used during their "add on" at the end for those target zones. 😉 Let me know if you try it!

🫆Pain & Inflammation (Topical) Study w/o THC
Topical CBD (cannabidiol) has been studied for its potential to relieve localized pain and reduce inflammation when applied directly to the skin. Unlike oral CBD, topical formulations (creams, gels, oils, or balms) aim for localized effects with minimal systemic absorption, avoiding psychoactivity from THC and liver absorption (in oral CBD). Research includes preclinical (animal) models and small human clinical trials, primarily for conditions like arthritis, neuropathy, and musculoskeletal pain. Source Paper in the Links📄

This is really helpful, especially the clarity around localized relief and avoiding systemic effects. Posts like this are exactly what help professionals feel more confident when explaining topical CBD to clients. Great breakdown.
🫆Stress & Anxiety
Through the receptors of the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) CBD can help modulate stress and anxiety in the body.
