Most people don’t fail… they quit right before it starts making sense...
When I started my wholesaling journey, it wasn’t strategy or confidence that pushed me. It was pure hunger. I didn’t have money. I didn’t have clarity. Half the time, nothing made sense. I had a friend I started with. We were both struggling. Grinding together. Cold calling, learning, failing, doubting ourselves. Some months passed… No deals. No breakthroughs. Just confusion and pressure. And that’s when he quit. Not because it was impossible. But because it hadn’t clicked yet. Here’s the part people don’t talk about: Wholesaling is confusing before it becomes obvious. There’s a phase where: • You’re doing the work • You’re learning every day • But the results haven’t shown up yet That phase breaks most people. I didn’t quit. I stayed confused longer. I stayed uncomfortable longer. I stayed hungry longer. And now I’m right at the edge of winning. Deals lining up. Systems forming. Money finally making sense. My friend quit right before the turning point. Today, our lives don’t look the same not because I’m smarter… But because I stayed.

I just closed on these 4 properties in Indiana yesterday‼️🤝 Glad to help the seller before Christmas!...These are going to be rentals but all will need full rehab! This is the best month I've ever had in business and still looking at 2 more to close nearing 30k profit for December‼️❤️ Thank you Lord Jesus again for everything! One of the fastest ways to grow in this business is by knowing who’s active where. Different states and cities have different rules, buyer demand, and deal flow and that’s where the right connections matter. Drop your state + city in the comments. You may connect with.... A JV partner in your market A strong dispo or buyer connection Someone who’s already doing deals where you want to be This isn’t about competition. It’s about building relationships and winning together.
