Hook Your Viewers in the First 3 Seconds
Hello everyone 👋 I see a lot of you creating great AI videos… but many of them lose viewers before the interesting part even starts. The reason is simple: the hook is too slow. The first 3 seconds of your video are everything. That’s the moment where people decide if they’re going to keep watching or scroll away. And the mistake most people make is starting with an intro like:“Hey guys, today we’re going to…” That kills the momentum instantly. Instead, begin your video with the most interesting, dramatic, or curiosity-driven moment you have. Drop the viewer straight into the action so they feel like they need to see what happens next. A simple structure that works well is starting with: • a question • a bold claim • or a confusing visual that makes people curious. Examples: “This $2 tool replaced my entire kitchen.” “You’ve been washing your face wrong your whole life.” “Watch what happens when I press this button.” That’s the hook. No intro. No long setup. Just straight into the moment that grabs attention. Next time you create a video, try moving your best scene to the very first frame. You’ll notice your retention improve. Don’t give people a reason to scroll. Give them a reason to stay 🔥 ~ Marcos

How I Come Up With Ideas for My Videos (Pre-Production)
One thing I see many creators doing wrong is jumping straight into making a video without thinking about what the video should actually be about. Before I even open any AI tool, I spend time figuring out the concept first. When I’m planning my content, the first thing I do is look for inspiration. I don’t rely on guessing or hoping something works — I look for content that is already performing well across social media. I usually search for pages with consistent views, but what I pay the most attention to are outlier videos — videos that go viral on pages with relatively small followings. That’s a strong signal that the idea itself is powerful, not just the account posting it. When I find those types of videos, I study them and use them as inspiration for my own content. I don’t copy them directly — instead I take the core concept and add my own twist to it. This approach helps me in a few ways. First, I’m not starting from scratch. I’m building on ideas that have already proven they can perform well. Second, it keeps my content aligned with what’s currently working with the algorithm. Trends change quickly, and if you’re not paying attention, you can easily end up making content that nobody is interested in anymore. And finally, it allows me to experiment with different concepts. Sometimes a small variation of an idea can perform way better than expected. So instead of creating blindly, I let the data and successful content guide my ideas. I analyze what works, understand why it works, and then adapt it into something that fits my style. If you have any questions about how I come up with ideas for my videos, feel free to ask in the comments. - Marcos

🚀 New Premium Modules Dropping Next Week!
Important announcement. Next week, I’ll be releasing new premium modules inside the Premium. This is not a small update — it’s something I’ve been working on behind the scenes, refining based on what’s actually performing right now. I’m not going to reveal the details yet. But if you’ve been paying attention to the level of content, the results, and the direction things are going… you already understand the standard we’re moving towards. This next drop is designed to elevate that even further. No noise. No outdated strategies. Just what’s working now. If you’re serious about growing, improving your content, and staying ahead — make sure you’re ready. Access will be inside the Premium! Be prepared. 🚀

When Something Works — DO MORE OF IT
This is one of the most important lessons I can give you as a content creator. When you post a video and it starts performing above your usual level — more views, more shares, more comments — that’s not luck. That’s a signal. Don’t jump to a completely new idea right away. Lean into what’s already working. Here’s the reality: When a video performs well, the algorithm is telling you something. It’s basically saying: “People want more of this. ”If you follow up with similar content while the momentum is still there, your chances of getting pushed again are much higher. Think of it like catching a wave. Once it starts building, your job is to ride it — not swim away from it. So what does this actually look like? Create another video in the same style, same format, same niche — but change the story and scenario. For example: if a video of Messi disguising himself as Cristiano Ronaldo goes viral, don’t switch to something completely different. Keep the same style, but change the storyline — maybe a different situation, a new twist, or even different characters interacting. You can also slightly change the environment or bring in other players, but keep the same vibe and structure that made the video work. That’s exactly how I built my pages. When a format started gaining traction, I didn’t abandon it — I repeated it with variations: different characters, different topics, same core idea. And it kept performing because the momentum was already there. The biggest mistake I see creators make? They get one viral video… and then post something completely unrelated right after. That breaks the momentum. The algorithm loses context, and your next content struggles. So remember this: When something works, don’t get bored of it. Your audience isn’t bored. The algorithm isn’t bored.Keep the format, change the subject, and keep pushing while it’s hot. That’s how you grow. 🚀 — Marcos

Stop Ignoring Your Comments — They’re Your Next Viral Video Ideas
What’s up everyone! One of the biggest mistakes creators make is spending hours trying to figure out their next video idea, when their audience is literally telling them exactly what they want to see. Seriously — go check your comments right now. People write things like “can you do this with a car?”, “try making one with dragons”, or “how did you create that effect?”. Every one of those comments is a ready-made video idea, and the best part is that you already know there’s demand because someone asked for it. Here’s what I personally do: After posting a video, I read through the comments during the first 24–48 hours. I’m not only replying — I’m looking for patterns. If several people are asking similar questions or requesting the same type of content, that’s a clear signal. That becomes my next video. And here’s something many creators overlook: when you make content based on what your audience asked for, two powerful things happen. First, the person who suggested it feels noticed and valued — which helps turn them into a loyal follower. Second, if one person asked for it, there are probably hundreds more thinking the same thing but who never commented. This strategy works on every platform — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook. The comments section is basically free market research. People are constantly telling you what they want to watch. You just need to pay attention. So here’s a quick challenge for you this week: go back to your last five videos. Read every comment carefully and write down any questions, requests, or ideas people mention. Chances are you’ll find at least 3–5 strong video ideas you hadn’t even thought about. Don’t overcomplicate it. Your audience is already doing the research for you. - Marcos
