Whop.com
Anyone tried Whop? I’m experimenting. It’s very impressive so far! The AI asks you a few simple questions then creates your product, website and everything you need to start making money online - in just minutes! You can even run communities and courses etc like Skool.

@Jenelle Livet That’s interesting, especially since you’ve actually set up a course and communities on Whop. I’m curious how are you currently getting people to discover your course and bringing traffic to it? Is most of it coming from Skool/social media, or are you doing anything with SEO and content to bring in new people?

@Shaz Jones Interesting. I’ve been looking at how platforms like this can help with launching and selling digital products. One thing I’m curious about though once the product and website are created, how are people actually getting consistent traffic and new customers to them? Is Whop helping with that side too, or do you still need to handle marketing and SEO separately?
Recreate your fave gif
I'm having some fun today - I blame @Stephanie Kara for getting me thinking of creativity. So if you can't recreate a GIF at least nominate someone else you'd like to see recreate a gif. Here's mine - and the one I nominated for @Des Dreckett in Skoolers. Join in the fun!

Haha this looks fun Sharon 😄 Love the creativity! I’m not sure I can recreate a GIF perfectly, but I’d love to join in.
Made your first $ on Skool yet?
I wasted months stuck trying to sell my first digital products to my friends and family. And they could not have been less interested lol Then I realised most of them didn’t have the same problems as me, so they didn’t value the solutions I’d found. So I started just sharing my story to total strangers on the internet... it's a weird feeling when you find out you have more in common with total strangers than you do with your own family - but that's what Skool is built for! And people started buying … it was just one or two at first … but it keeps growing Now my family and friends are always telling other people they should do what I do If you’re thinking “can I really do this?" You’re exactly where I was when I first started … and you absolutely can! I know some of you have made money on YouTube and Etsy and all kinds of other places online. But even if you've had success elsewhere, if you haven't made your first dollar on Skool yet I'd love to work with you until you have. I don't want you missing out on the Christmas spending spree. So DM me and I'll send you a link to book in a personal consult.

That’s such a relatable story 🙌 I think most of us start the same way trying to sell to people who just don’t ‘get’ what we’re building 😅 Love how you turned it around by sharing your story openly. That’s exactly what makes Skool powerful connecting with the right people who actually value what you offer
This is WHY I started this community
I had a call today with one of our lovely community members @Des Dreckett and he absolutely blew my mind with his wealth of knowledge about YouTube. You see I've been making money online on various platforms for more than 30 years, and I've been making YouTube videos for 18 years. But I never cracked the code on how the top performers on YouTube monetise ... until today when Des broke it down for me. I never would have even known that Des existed unless @Stephanie Kara had mentioned how much he had helped her with her YouTube channel. And this is a story about just 2 of our members - but this power of community - of a place where we get to know each other and genuinely celebrate, encourage and educate each other to all get better together is one of the things I love about you ALL. When I first joined Skool I thought it might be an easy way to just selfishly build my email list. How wrong I was! I mean, yes, it has helped me build an email list, but it's SO much more than that - it's helping build people who are building a legacy. This first 2 months has been life-changing. And I know we're only just getting started! What has surprised you most about Skool or this particular community?

@Shaz Jones Haha good point Sharon 😄 But look, if you like all my comments first, I’ll reach those points faster then I can finally make my intro post 😅 Deal?
Less noise, more impact
Shifting from the pursuit of Viral to the pursuit of Useful might seem like a small shift. But it will make you standout from many others online who are only in it for the results they can get for themselves. That's not what this community is all about. Onliners are helpful, useful, encouraging, supportive.... and if that leads to being viral - we'll celebrate that too! It starts with just one person helping another - might be something small like a like, comment, DM etc. But just because it feels small to you doesn't mean it's not valuable to them. We're building more than a trend here, we're building each other. Who has been useful to you?

@Shaz Jones and again Thanks Sharon 😊 I’ll definitely do that! I’m just waiting to complete my 5 points first once that’s done, I’ll post my full introduction in the community. Really looking forward to it!
