April 23rd 2026 | Day 23
Morning Bible Chapter: 1 Chronicle 1-2 What I learned: Both of these chapters are a genealogy and I find myself getting mentally lost when reading them. The bible study I am following mentions to fix your eyes and let what comes to you come when you read. This time as I was reading it goes back to Adam and it helped me recognize from Adam to 2nd Samuel how precise god was with his plan to get to where he is even in that day. God is sovereign over everything that happens even over large scales of time. Mid-Day Check-In: today I was feeling super stressed about finances and I almost let it paralyze me from continuing with my day and doing anything. But something in my mind reminded me it’s my ego and lack of faith that god will take care of everything is what makes me think this way so I picked back up and moved forward. Daily Prayer: Father I hope my finances don’t cripple me from moving forward and you help me take the steps to change my situation 🙏🏾

Morning Bible Chapter: Psalm 44 What I learned: that here David is attributing the freeing of the people of Israel not to them but to god, and that his sword cannot save him but only god. This shows us how endless the power of the lord is and without him we are limited in what we can accomplish Mid-Day Check-In: After Thursday night church I took what I learned and asked the lord for help in my decisions throughout the day and it felt amazing Daily Prayer: Lord I pray for constant prayer and having the mind to be reminded how powerful prayer is to remain in faith and draw to you for every decision weather it be big or small🙏🏾

April 26th 2026 | Day 26
Morning Bible Chapter: Psalm 73 What I learned: Here it says god is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart. I want to take a step to help other people recognize what this means as I have seen it as a misconception before too. A lot of people may believe that The Israelites to this day are favoured by god but gos had a specific plan to set them apart before the saviour of Christ and it is important to remember that we are all sinners but we are saved by the grace of god through Christ and all his children are equal in the eyes of the lord Mid-Day Check-In: it is early in the day but I wanted to use it as a reflection because I will be occupied with flying out later in the day. I had a couple drinks last night and even though nothing crazy happened I felt myself straying away from god which I haven’t felt through any of my periods of sobriety. When praying on it I was guided to understand that it was a test to recognize my capacity when drinking and a good sign of how I should carry myself to recognize I should be close to god when on my trip. Daily Prayer: Heavenly Father today I leave on my trip to Portugal and I pray for you to help me stay close to you this whole time, keep me away from drinking too much, keep me in my habits and stop me from falling behind
April 25th, 2026| Day 25
Daily Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of a new day and a fresh start. Today I ask that you help reset my mind. Clear out any negative thoughts, any stress, and anything that stops me from getting closer to you. Morning Bible: Luke 1:20 What I learned: This verse is a reminder that even when your mind starts overthinking or questioning, God is still working. Choosing trust instead of letting doubt control your mindset. Mid-Day Check: Not everything needs to be figured out by this moment. Some things are still unfolding behind the scenes. Just because you don’t see it yet doesn’t mean God isn’t working. His promises don’t run on your schedule- they’re fulfilled in the right time, every time.

April 25th, 2026 | Day 25 Morning Bible Chapter: Romans 3:23-24 What I learned: - We have all sinned and fallen short but we have grace through Jesus Christ Mid-Day Check-In: I need to ensure to have a positive attitude and not join in when people are judging or criticizing. I need to be quick to grace not quick to judge. We’re all sinners that are on this journey to sanctification. Daily Prayer: I pray for the wisdom and courage to stop conversations that are discouraging or offensive.
