STEP 2 — Learn How to Package What You Already Know You don’t need to be an expert.You don’t need years of experience.You don’t need certifications. You already have: - skills - lessons - experiences - perspectives - wins - mistakes - frameworks you use daily Your job is simply to package them in a way that helps someone else. Once you learn this, your value skyrockets — at work AND online. This one shift is why I went from making $11.25/hour… to 3 raises…to management roles…to traveling for tradeshows…to leading teams…to building my own business. Packaging your value is a superpower. STEP 3 — Build a Simple System That Works in the Background NOT a complicated website.NOT a giant funnel.NOT 12 pieces of software you don’t understand.
