Where are you in your AI agency journey? (Be brutally honest 👇)
I see so many people here in completely different stages…but everyone talks like they’re at the same level. Let’s make it real for a second. 🔥Which stage are you at right now? Stage 1 – Watching & learning 🫡🫡 You binge YouTube, Skool posts, and courses. You know a LOT in theory, but no real offers, no outreach, no clients yet. Stage 2 – Building & testing You build workflows, AI agents, demos. Maybe tested on friends or fake leads. Still no proper paying client. Stage 3 – First clients in You’ve closed 1–3 clients (even low-ticket). You’re delivering, fixing bugs, and realizing what actually matters. Stage 4 – Dialing it in You have a clear niche + offer, 5+ clients, and now the problem is systems, fulfillment, and time. How to reply (copy this):Stage: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4Biggest struggle right now: Drop your answer in the comments 👇I’ll read through and reply with one thing I’d focus on if I were in your stage. 💎Me (so you know who’s asking): I’m Kartik, building BlitzFlow AI.I help service businesses (like HVAC )stop losing money from missed calls, slow lead response, and dead CRM leads using AI voice reception, speed-to-lead workflows, and automations.

Honestly, I’m still at stage one. Watching a lot of videos, going through communities, actively trying to fill the gaps in what I think I should be building. The biggest challenge for me is that I don’t come from a tech background, so some of the technical side of things does feel heavy at times. That’s exactly why I show up in communities like this one. To learn faster, avoid the mistakes I don’t even know I could make, and eventually ship something that’s actually production ready and not just a prototype that breaks the moment a real user touches it.

@Kartik Yadav thank you for such great advice. I will definitely try to ship first and then iterate over what breaks. That's gonna give me a real experience of how to actually fix things when they break rather than just drowning in endless knowledge.
Unpopular opinion: Most beginners focus on the wrong thing…
🧑Most beginners in AI/agency space are obsessed with the wrong things. What they think matters: - New tools every week - Fancy dashboards and workflows - Perfect logo, brand name, and setup ## What actually matters: - 1 clear niche - 1 painful problem you solve - 1 simple offer that gets real results -- If you fix these three, the tools don’t matter as much. 🚀🚀 Your turn (be honest):What are you spending most of your time on right now? Comment in this format: - Current focus: tools / content / niche / offer / outreach - One thing you know you focus on more: I’ll reply to as many comments as I can with one suggestion on what I’d double down on if I were you. — 🤞 Me : I’m Kartik, building BlitzFlow AI. I help service businesses (like HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and dental) stop losing money from missed calls and slow lead response using AI voice reception, speed-to-lead workflows, and CRM automations.

This is a real eye opener and honestly something I had to learn the hard way too. I spent way too long being a tool tourist, trying everything shiny. Now I’ve narrowed all the way down to voice AI agents for small and medium businesses in India, solving the follow-up problem specifically. Payment follow-ups, subscription reminders, customer re-engagement. It’s a simple problem on the surface but it’s bleeding money for thousands of Indian businesses every single day.
Why is Claude better than GPT at coding?
Claude was released after GPT, but it now seems stronger in programming tasks. What’s the reason?

I genuinely feel Claude was built by people who knew ChatGPT from the inside. And that’s the unfair advantage because when you’ve lived inside a product, you don’t just know what it does, you know what it exactly fails at. Anthropic didn’t have to guess the gaps. They experienced them. And I think that insider knowledge became the entire design philosophy for them.
Hello community!
I’m starting my journey in the entrepreneurship world. I’m based in Costa Rica, and my associate and I are working on a project called Deploy CR, focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through better systems, automation, and customer management. That’s what brought me here. I’m currently exploring how to build or adapt a CRM solution inspired by Brendan’s approach, but tailored to the real needs and budgets of small businesses in Latin America. Any advice, recommendations, tools, or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

@Kelly Lynch Great insight Kelly, quick question though. Can this same approach work with personalised WhatsApp follow-ups? As an Indian founder, WhatsApp is genuinely where my customers live. I’ve got a database of ~5k contacts with active WhatsApp numbers and I keep wondering if that’s a better channel to run this on than email or voice calls.
🤖 AI Automation Question
Many people spend months learning tools like n8n, Make, Claude, and AI Agents. But when it comes to getting actual clients, what matters most? • Technical skills? • Problem-solving? • Sales? • Niche expertise? • Building in public? If you were starting your AI Automation journey again today, what would be your priority and why? Would love to learn from those already in the field.

@Kelly Lynch Thats some really great advice! Distribution is biggest leverage any business could have at this point.
