Is this AI Automation useful for SEO Agencies?
Hey all I run an AI automation agency and want to get a better understanding of pain points with SEO agencies. I would love any feedback on the automation I built that I think solves a potential pain point but I would love any suggestions as to other pain points that SEO agencies face as well that could help me out as you guys would know best! Here's an overview of one that I built: Workflow that pulls GSC +GA4 analytics (can add more sources if agencies pull data from others), then writes a monthly story report that flags wins and losses (CTR drops, position slides, decaying pages), and then spits out page-level urgent to-dos and red flags with links to the exact URLs for internal suggestions of fixes. It also provides a higher level overview that’s just one paragraph in a story format for clients that highlights what your agency did in the last month - and how impressions, CTR, and other KPIs changed in that period! The goal is to save SEO Agencies 3-4 hours per client per month by automating internal + client reporting as well as data pulls from GSC+GA4 and any other relevant sources. Is this something that would benefit most SEO agencies? If not any suggestions as to what pain points SEO agencies struggle with the most? Would love any feedback thank you!
