Is this for SID visa only or GSM and employer sponsored 186 as well? Looks like its for temporary visas right?
Does Causal Experience (38 hrs per week) for 186 Direct Entry Visa count?
Hi All , I have got a bit of confusion here. Occupation: Computer Network and Systems Engineer My Employer is happy and ready to sponsor me under 186 Direct Entry stream. I have a 3 years experience in my nominated occupatuon (gathered after my bachelor's degree in Australia). During those three years, i was casual employee but with more than 38 hours per week except 5-6 weeks with some 30 odd hours? But counting on pro rata basis, i could meet the 3 years experience. I do have positive skills assessment from ACS under same occupation and have been deemed skilled since Nov 2020. Re: my current job, I work as a Systems Engineer and the salary is above TISMIT levels. My company has more than 10 full time employees and more than 5 of them are Aussies and some are New Zealand Citizen. AFAIK, From company;s standpoint , they are good. i was not sure if my casual experience with FT equivalent hours are counted or not. PTE wise , i have overall 78 ( each band more than IELTS 7 equivalent) Age is under 45 Am i eligable under Direct Entry stream? Thanks all.
