Beloved sisters, I just recorded today’s EFT tapping, and I want to share something personal with you. I’ve been using EFT for over 30 years. Long before it was trending. Before it was rebranded. Before it became “nervous system work” on Instagram. I turned to it because my body needed safety during seasons when life demanded strength. It helped me regulate grief, stress, fear, responsibility, and the weight many women silently carry. I even taught my children EFT when they were small, not as a technique, but as a way to come back to calm, to name what they were feeling, and to feel safe in their bodies again. This work is not about bypassing dua. It's not about denying qadr. It's about helping the body settle so the heart can trust again. What we did today was not “positive thinking.” It was an identity reset. Many Muslim women pray deeply…but still make decisions from tension, fear, and survival. When the nervous system softens, something shifts: • the mind quiets• the heart opens • decisions become cleaner • receiving no longer feels dangerous That’s when abundance, ease, and barakah feel possible, not forced. If you noticed even a small change today, a lower number, a higher number, a softer body, a deeper breath ...honor that. That’s restoration at work.
