My heart is so full after today's session of The 12-Inch Journey™. Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts, honesty, courage, and a willingness to be seen. Over the past two weeks, we explored what it means to suffer, to forget ourselves, and to begin the journey back home. Some of you shared stories you had carried quietly for years. Some of you recognized patterns you had never noticed before. Some of you said you felt emotional. Others said they felt a deep sense of peace, heaviness, or even sleepiness—as though your body was finally being given permission to rest. There was nothing to fix. Nothing to prove. Only awareness. Only remembrance. Thank you for trusting me, trusting yourselves, and trusting this process. The longest journey many of us will ever take is not across the world. It is the twelve inches from the mind to the heart. I know today, many of you have arrived. And this is only the beginning.
