You have prayed with me, learned with me, laughed with me, sat in stillness with me, shared pieces of your lives with me, and helped make this community what it is. I want to acknowledge that I’ve been a little quiet and less present here over the past few weeks. Life has been full, and somewhere in the middle of everything, I got out of rhythm with showing up here the way I intended to. I don’t want to just slip back in without acknowledging that. But I’m here. And I’m ready to get us back on track. One thing I teach often is that getting off track does not mean we have failed. Sometimes the practice is simply noticing where we are, returning to center, and choosing again. So that’s what I’m doing. I’m choosing to return with intention, reconnect with this beautiful community, and continue building the space we created for healing, growth, prayer, reflection, and becoming more deeply aligned with ourselves. Thank you to those of you who have remained here, checked in, continued your own practices, and given me grace. We’re moving forward again. 🤍 And maybe this is your reminder too: you do not have to wait until everything is perfect to begin again. You can simply choose to return. I wanted to share something exciting with you all. This week, I’ll be traveling to Washington State for two very special reasons. First, I’ll be participating in the filming of a documentary with Evolve Studios, sharing part of my journey, my take on consciousness, life & death and the work that has grown from it. While I’m there, I’ll also be attending the IANDS Conference — a gathering centered around near-death experiences, consciousness, spirituality, and the deeper questions many of us explore right here inside Soul Shift Academy. It feels meaningful to have these two worlds coming together in the same trip — sharing my story through film while also being surrounded by conversations and people who are exploring many of the same things we talk about in SSA. I’ll take you along with me where I can and share some of the experience with you. ❤️ Keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I travel, film, connect, learn, and allow whatever is meant to unfold from this experience to unfold. We are always being shown that the journey is bigger than the moment we are standing in. ✨
