Welcome to Color Me Strong — Healing in Color
Hi, I’m Sabine Victoria Warthland, the voice and heart behind Color Me Strong. I’m an artist, author, and creator of tools that blend journaling, color, and reflection to help us heal, grow, and rediscover our strength. My book invites you to answer questions that bring clarity, courage, and calm into your daily life, and this community is the living, breathing version of that journey. Here you’ll find: 👉 Daily Prompts to guide your journaling and art reflections 👉 Weekly Circles where we breathe, write, and share in real time 👉 Monthly Challenges to reset and build healthy habits 👉 Resources & Printables that support your practice beyond the book 👉 A safe space to share wins, ask questions, and rise together Now, your turn: Tell us a little about yourself in your first post: - What brought you here today? - If your current mood was a color, which one would it be, and why? - What do you hope to gain from journaling in color with us? This is your space. Your story matters. Your voice matters. And we’re so glad you’re here.

I have been experiencing that as well... the heart. However I feel like some people maybe.. alledgedly... for views and follows and comments... they kinda sorta add spice to their story. When I feel that I just scroll... I prefer realness...
Wins Wall — Celebrate Together
This is our weekly space to pause, notice, and celebrate the small steps that matter. A “win” can be anything: Showing up to journal Taking one deep breath before reacting Drawing a single color line Or finding a moment of calm. Every Friday, share one small win in the comments. Add a color dot, an emoji, or a photo if you’d like. Your win might inspire someone else who needs it today. Remember: no win is too small. Progress is progress. 💛

Day 1 - Name your Weather
Challenge: We’re naming the weather today ☁️→🌤️. Timer: Set 5–10 minutes. Prompt: a. Choose a color that matches your mood. b. Do 3 rounds of this Breathing exercise: Calming Breath (4–4–6) (this one helps calm the nervous system) Breathe in gently through your nose for 4 seconds…1…2…3…4. Hold for 4 seconds…1…2…3...4. Now breathe out slowly through pursed lips for 6 seconds…1…2…3…4…5…6. Let your body melt with the exhale. We’ll repeat this 3–5 times, nice and easy.” c. Then write 3 short sentences. Share: Post your “weather color” + one line about why you chose it. Add a photo if you like. "Safety: Share at your comfort. Support, not therapy."

Beige Today feels like I am able to do things. I might not be my sunny yellow self but I am not my grey self either. I am content.
Day 0 - Kickoff
Challenge: We’re starting something small but powerful—7 Days to Lighter. Timer: Just read, download the PDF (rules + schedule), and get ready. Prompt: Decide where you’ll do your daily 5–10 minutes. Pick your journal, your colors, your spot. Share: Comment below: Where will you do your practice this week? Post a picture if you’d like. Safety: "This is support, not therapy. Share only what feels safe. Crisis resources are pinned."
