What is one thing you’re still doing in your business that you know you should have handed off by now?
Trying to be involved in everything sales quotes operations problems phone calls all of it It worked when the business was smaller but eventually being the person who fixes everything becomes the bottleneck My next level is building people and systems that can make decisions without me

Related to where I am right now - cold calling. I need to work on the product but if I did, no one else would ring the phone (our main sales channel). I am lucky to have 2 part-time developers making progress, but they are not moving fast enough. Open to hiring cold callers on commission or a sales cofounder if anyone is open for collabs 😁

@David White haha I got used to it. Doesn't bother me just a bit repetitive, and the post call notes/next step logging takes up a lot of time. Booking a demo is the highlight of my day

Hey I'm a 25yo entrepreneur fighting in the ring in the last 2y. 2 failed startups since then, now 5mo into my next one building a bidding tool for commercial door suppliers. Why I Built This Community
I didnt build this because I think I have all the answers I built it because ive been in business for over 25 years and ive learned more from mistakes than any book or course ive lost everything started again built a business from nothing and eventually took it to seven figures but im still learning every day thats what this community is about entrepreneurs mentors mentees or someone with nothing more than an idea ask questions share what worked share what didnt and help someone else when you can no gurus no bullshit no selling dreams just real people trying to build something welcome to Built From Nothing

my #1 advice: the journey is tough and success is not guaranteed. Do what you love and be adaptable. Be determined pursuing opportunities but not stubborn (I've seen 2 stubborn people keep going into a wall).
