My take aways from this video is: Do the same thing everyday, actually Focus with no distractions, and boring is the new success. I haven't made daily tasks in a while. They are back now. Sometimes go back to old daily tasks if you need to watch something productive. I've been building systems behind the scenes. Content is levelling up. Watch the space. This has genuinely changed my life. There is so many things i didn't know beforehand. After applying the lifestyle changes ctrl recommends my life has been so much better. I work towards my goals in such a clear way. My relationships with people have improved. I'm in such a good routine. Life is good. I highly recommend. One of the best investments I've ever done for myself was to join this space.

Daily Task 23/10/2025 Get Rid Of Lust. 🍆
The biggest downfall for most people. It drains you. Taking action is key. When drained it is hard to do that. Remove it as a habit. 1% better. Watch here:
