First contract!! I'm stoked to share that a counseling practice has signed up for 5 months ( one per month) of staff enrichment for their 12 therapists. There will be a group breath journey each month. Four of them have asked about 1:1 sessions and gift cards for a journey so they could gift them to relatives and friends. I had never thought of that!! I am just so grateful to Brian and the team, as well as to the who community. We are wind beneath each other's wings. It is so exciting seeing this take off. @Cyrus Irani I have no doubt on energy connection of people in presence and the group effect. It's powerful. A group healing it's amazing experience. I did a retreat last year was intense but I was still breathwork beginner. Now I feel I can take it to next level and all will benefit from the high energy of the group.
Reading about the choices this community makes for their morning is very interesting and inspiring - it makes me wonder whether you also have specific rituals/routines in the evening. I usually do my breath practice in the morning, and only if needed later in the day but I find myself in a stressful transition (moving) and I think some pre sleep work could be very helpful. What do you do?
On my side personally I run at sunset, then stretch some yin yoga and hotshower to relax completely all the body.. No other breath exercise needed. Sleep is very deep. But I wake up at 5am everyday, with heart bit.. I use it for meditation (10mn)then back to sleep.

How often can or should you do the longer breath work journeys ?
What is important is conscience breathing.. If you can it's to keep all day long. For journey, depend on effect of it on you.. It open your heart. So do it as many time you wish as long as you can handle in your daily life your time. Everyday even if you want. It's somehow accelerate the heart beat and give u a lot of dopamine.. 😊! U can be addicted to it. But depend on your goal.. To master your mind and rewire, getting out from your old self, need to work on your habits and thoughts also.
Hi the community, I just to share my new tool to access the subconscious. I wake almost every night at 4 or 5am before going back to sleep again another hour or 2. Just a natural wake up. So I use this moment to make 5min breath activation and hold my breath for 1min.during breathing I repeat my mantra I am already in very deep state. Once I hold my breath I keep repeating my mantra or affirmation. It go directly to my subconscious as sometime. I fall a sleep right after. It's theta state already. U can also put a clock. 5am is the best time for meditation also if u have a courage to wake up 😊🙏
The effect on the mind is huge at 5am

Hi, some time ago I made myself familiar with lucid dreaming which is a hell of experience 🤩 Though l‘m able to get into this state frequently, I have longer phases in which I does not work out at all. Now that I have introduced Breathwork into my life realizing that it gets you in a meditative state quite easily, I ask myself whether someone can recommend a special Breathwork technique for easy entry into lucid state? Thank you!
Lucid dream many time for me. Well, first u need a tips. It's consciousness inside a dream. For example, u are inside a dream and u decide to fly. So u recognize it's a dream. I did this once, was amazing experience 😁! To enter such dreams, I play with theta states like resistance to sleep so I sleep then awake then sleep then awake to be able to be half half. But this work better at 5pm. These days.. I recognize state when I am conscious with vision... Yesterday I saw tunnel... Connection to the univers, energy.. Like an opening to the other side.. It's not a dream but I am in theta state surely to see things. I love that feeling it's a flow.
At first I got tension in my hands and arms then in my jaw and chest the more breath work sessions I done then it stopped . I wonder where had it gone had I realised it all . Until I done longer and went deeper in the sessions . Like Brian says you have to go deep and to go deep you have to push through the barriers . I've found the more you push the deeper you go and I have become a stronger breather by pushing and am really starting to enjoy the process . So if you want to go deep you got to breath deep , get you breath and push again . 😊❤️

But just watch your life, your thoughts, recognize, small, big changes, feel sensation of your body, the letting go.. Doest it happen? Do u feel stronger happier joyer? Peaceful)? How do u feel ? @Kevin Smith thank you for this sharing a lot of experience I see. U are right breathwork is an amazing tool. But I think the use of medecine need also to be done with purpose, and intention to help going step further not for beginner not for trial not to touch the sky and back. Médecine for me is open une field with purpose, unlock what remaining locked but work to be done before otherwise no effect so far. Or just a night dream.
@Paulo Silva good to hear all your experiences. On my side. Medecine is the bus ticket to feel where u come from! I tested the buffo, and it taked me directly to the source of the creation where all is possible.. It's the deepest place i ever traveled 😍!!! I am grateful to the medecine for this gift🙏. I know from where I come I know who I am I know why I am here. It's all in my heart. Thus I want to highlight that magic happen when we are prepared when we know already what we want when we already meditate and breath everyday and have clear intention already inside the heart. Last year I tried bufo so far but no effect on me I floated in the sky a while. This time it's a direct to the source. One way. I still feel that strong connection inside my heart that the reality I see around me doesn't bother me so far.. The day I knew that all my dream can be true is the day i totally tranformed me completely. It's all in your heart believe be. I never ever think so strongly that breathing is a practice to keep daily as it's connect u to the heart. My heart is wide open, to receive all good that life offering me and will offer me. I am the receiver of all goods.the material world is just a reflection of who we are from inside.
I have been able to facilitate some powerful sessions lately. One was on Thursday with a small group on Zoom. One participant was wearing a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) due to having type II diabetes, and was amazed to take note of her glucose go down by 14 POINTS and remain stable for the rest of the session (I followed up with her 4 hours later, and it had remained level 😱) The other victory was this morning which was my 5th session with a lady in Finland who has had chronic asthma most of her life. I gave her homework to do during each week, but have only done the parasympathetic Journeys in the past. This morning we decided to do the do the 5 Primary Trauma Imprints. I made sure to go over the gas and brake pedals. She breathed like a total champ. . .only coughing quietly a couple of times, then doing 45 minutes of reintegration. "I didn't even realize I needed therapy"
I am so touched by the 5 trauma imprints - beyond. And seeing Brian crying at the end resonates with me so deeply. Hearing his global vision. I’m so grateful to have found him. And you all 🙏
Hey everyone, I have a deep level of respect for coaches who are able to also put themselves out there as someone who others can trust DURING this intimate process! I also have some questions. The first is, with this type of special work, isn't it natural for many moments to come up during the process of coaching clients, where people begin to develop a trust in you that can go into romantic intimacy? How do coaches deal with that? The second question is, as coaches and facilitators, how did you develop the courage to put yourself out there as someone who could actually be the one to shoulder that type of responsibility, to help guide people thru these highly personal moments? It takes a special coach to be able to create the secure space for people to open themselves fully exposed to a deep healing with someone else being there? One one hand, I see how important this work is for many of us breathers, and that the utmost privacy and security is saught out ( no interruptions, locked doors) for when we go through journeys.... and that got me thinking about the courage a coach would have to facilitate the process of another. Highly intimate stuff and it requires alot of trust it would seem. I'd be happy to hear perspectives from both male and female facilitators on these curiosities I have. Much respect. I think for me when it comes down to it, it would be about resolving the "I AM good enough, and strong enough" to shoulder this type of responsibility. It's something that I personally value having just in general, to be able to hold space like that for a partner in my life, for my future family, or a friend going through a tough time, or even for myself going through life. thank you
@Eloy B Hi, it need almost courage to ask such question!!! Opening to the community. Well, 1st question, it's love giving as coach so it's love. Heart opening. Not sex and romance. Need to better understand your question if u are worried that ur student fall in love with u or u are worried to fall in love for a student. If it's happened so need to precise the situation. 2nd question, locked door and safe space to be able to open up and not being disturbed but, u know what, if I can open up my heart all the time to the world will be amazing for me. Opening is something that remove us from material world and open to each other that only love remain. So it's not an issue to have someone with us during that moment. We are all one. U can feel it during breathwork and happy to have people around u. It's pure love there. There is no intimacy over there. We don't need to lock ourselves. It's even not recommended at all to be worried about the others.There are no danger from outside world it's just ego thought.

Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I have a question about combining breathwork and magic mushrooms. After listening to Andrew Huberman's latest podcast on Psilocybin, some people have been asking me if it's safe to combine the two. I've been searching the internet for information, but haven't been able to find much. So far, it seems like there isn't a lot of discussion about microdosing and breathwork together, but if anyone has any experience with this or knows more about it, I would love to hear your thoughts. There has been a bit of discussion Relating to resistance for longer breath Journeys and I figured it would be good to press into that a little more to see if we can gain some insight. I've got my own hypotheses (some of which conflict with others)... but I am curious on other people's insight/thoughts this phenomenon (or if you even experience this resistance at all)

Hi Marijke, guess what, I did it daily for a while 😂 but then no effect on my body, then I stopped. My thoughts remain the same. I repeated 2 weeks later.. OMG! It was even better that the 1st time.. In a way I feel aware of my thoughts, getting insight and ready to change the world. So, just follow ur heart and intuition u will see by yourself. What is important is not how often but, is what change in your life in terme of awareness. Where the mess is.. Old and repetitive thoughts, your old self that u wanted to change. But change will happen only with. Repetition, feelings, practices, willness, time, power,strenght, ... Fuck it till u made it 😉! Good luck

Hi guys, want to share my experience very early this morning like 5am. I was dreaming and discussing with a person in my dream who told me u should lock your door, here it's not safe, I said no my home is safe no one so far enter I am in safe place. At that moment, I feel like someone entered my home, then, I felt presence in my room shaking me, I was half awaken, because I start to see my room and open eyes, then I felt so strong energy coming to me.. It was like a big dark cloud coming to me. Shaked me. First time I have such experience 😬! In the beginning it was scary, then I get my forces and said.. U know am only filled with love I can give out only love. What do u want from me? . If u are a death, looking for the light just forgive others and yourself, follow your heart. you will surely find the light by yourself. No place here in earth for hate, no place for méchanceté. Our earth is just filled with love to all. It's gone! I am awake! But filled with such huge energy I felt in all my body. It was an entity but I still don't know who is it!and why visiting me. The darkness astonished me. I had just intuition about the intrusion in my dream just before.. Wow crazy thing!!! Whatever, I am not scared about any of them.. I pray for All the people who died and stayed in earth to find the light and converge to the source. I feel protected by higher spirit and feel good. 🙏 I am not pretending nor willing to help souls to find the light.. They have to manage by them self's 🚦💡. I am protected and guided. 🙏

I am going on a silence quest 18th of may and just wanted to share my post from Facebook with my breath family. Never forget your sweet body ❤️ Sweet, beautiful body 🙏🏻❤️ There I was again today. In the sun in the doorway of my beautiful house. Tie the next round of prayer bags. Today was about my body. That beautiful body that I get to live in. The body that I have filled up with drugs, booze, cigarettes, medicines and unhealthy food for years. The body I took for granted for years and cared nothing about. I thought it was ugly, fat, too skinny, too red, not sexy, not feminine, too fat and so many other things. The body that has been abused, not rested, broken, damaged, burned and often not taken care of. The body that had to go on, whatever happened, gas, go and on. Today all bags went full of confidence in this beautiful body. Love for my beautiful body. Despite the fear of pain, hunger, fatigue, restlessness, insomnia, tension and all the other things that go through my mind on the way to the Silence Quest. Thank you dear body for your strength, your health, your softness and carrying me all this life. Thank you for all the feelings, emotions and experiences! Vulnerable but oh so strong! While waiting on my son and his girlfriend coming out of a shop I sat on a bench. It was busy around me and I just found me doing a 4-2-6 excercise and I became calm and could close myself off for the crowd around me 🙏🥰
I'll tell mine; Funny thing about muscle tension. While doing the daily diet, I noticed a certain tension in the trapezius and an insight came to me, like a massage can help. 😄🤪 Finally I looked for a tantric therapist. And as incredible as I felt at the time of everything, from the touch massage came this tension in the trapezius. My breath was already altered. So at the time I was guided to relax the trapezius and when I realized that I was in an altered state of consciousness. Like a breathwork journey....but like surprise. 😳😳😳 It was the craziest experience I've ever had. And how to explain that? You are the energy. Hahahaha And need feel minutes to come back, that was very crasy experience.
Just take a tips: u are in theta state when u are deeply relaxed. But u have vortex open wild when your heart beat is too strong that u can hear it without ears! That moment you are almost in the field. Notice u can be in the flow, means open vortex also when dancing and doing things u love.. Each time u have open heart u are in a flow
Today was the 5th day from 3th week was incredible, because the breaths holds wasn't getting better and better. the first round 2.15 min i could 1.45 min, second round 2.30 min, I made 2.05 min, 3th round 2.45 min, I made 2.45 min! and I repeated the first round so I made 20 min in total. Important subject YOU ARE CAPABLE YOU MUST BELIVE and not give up
Hi Rui, good job!!! It's true that belly breathing is not the best to have long holding time, the reason is belly is deep breathing and thus u already breath so deep that u have CO2 in the body. Once u start holding the trigger to excel come very quick. So what u have is normal. I can suggest other technic for belly breathing is to make long inhale and longexcel to reach 1breath per minute. It's a very deep exercise called ninja breathing 😊!!! Try it for 5min.. 😉!!! For current exercise in MB30, try to fast your breath a little bit 👌good luck!

In preparation for my quest (sweatlodges, fasting and silence for 4 days) I have been doing lots of Breathwork. Last week I did selflove and forgiveness 2 times with students from my Pod. After that I did the 5 trauma imprints with Brian. That was a really heavy one and my muscles were sore for 3 days from the heavy tetany. I heard so much of the purge but was postponing it. Today I did it, 2 days before my quest. Like the title says OMG. In a few minutes my brain was attacking me and said I could not stand the pain and that I had to go to the toilet. Ofcourse I kept on breathing. After that I started to get angry and started shaking and my body was so full of tetany my legs and arms cramped and my face too, I almost could not open my mouth to breath but I kept going. And then the scream came, I screamed so loud ( I live in the middle of nowhere 🙏🏻) that my voice was gone after the work and I felt that my eyes would pop out from the pressure in my face. And now i feel so at peace. Probably i will sit in silence with pain everywhere from muscleacke but it was amazing!! @Brian Kelly thank you for your vulnerability and humbleness, you are a real inspiration for me. I know we do the work ourselves, but thank you for being in my face the whole time on instagram, what made that I started this program and be at service to others even more then i am now 🙏🏻❤️

Breath is same always inhale and excel 😊! How deep, how long, the rhythm, etc.. Are the parameter. Play with it and feel. For the exercises proposed I agree with u are relatively all similar in technic. Do u know hoponopo? It's long inhale and long excel very deep 8-8. Very good for forgiveness.
