Forging Men of Purpose, Honor, and Brotherhood
The Company of Men Society is a charitable, non-profit brotherhood based in Port Alberni, BC. We train, mentor, and mobilize men through rites of passage, structured mentorship, retreats, and community service. Our rank-based system (Squire → Champion → Mercenary → Knight → Lord → Honoured Knight) creates clear pathways for growth, responsibility, and leadership. Key Benefits (short bullets) • Structured mentorship and rites of passage • Trauma-informed facilitation and emotional literacy programming • Quarterly immersive retreats and monthly councils • Practical skills: craftsmanship, local food systems, land stewardship • Community service projects and public education initiatives
