@Jan Danielewicz This is one with the ND 2000. The water almost looks like snow. this was the 6.7mm lens, f/1.7, 0.4 seconds, ISO 100

@Jan Danielewicz it depends on the scenario. It probably would have looked more water like if the waves weren't so violent that day.

The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland is one of it's most popular attractions. It's well known for it changing portraits, the busts with eyes that follow you, the ghosts that appear in the ballroom, and even the famous creepy eye wallpaper. But beyond the elements that are well known, there are many details that add to the theming you don't notice. One of the things that are often overlooked are the elements that add to the sense of spookiness that they don't draw any attention to. They are there, because it makes the environment feel more complete. You may not take the time to notice it, but you definitely feel it when it's presence adding to the authenticism of the environment. What helps make the space feel like you're in an old mansion are things like old style door frames. The imagineers have made sure to add elements that feed into the haunted theme such as this photo of the ornamentation that surrounds the door frames of the stretching room you exit into the hallway you follow to catch your doom buggy. Hidden in the corners are these "faces" that add to the creepiness factor, but they are very much hidden in the dark. You'll only really see it if you take a deliberate moment to look behind you. They catch just a tiny amount of light from the first chandelier that barely lights your way down the hallway. Sony A6000, 1/80, ISO 1000. Used a manual lens so I don't know what the f/stop was, but I'm sure it was as wide open as I could get it.

@Jan Danielewicz I like to think of it when you have a project like a theme park attraction, it's a big collaborative project with artists from so many different backgrounds and skill sets coming together to bring their skills to create something that will be greater than the sum of its parts.
POV: The client wants the photos “by tonight.” ⏰😬
The shoot ended two hours ago. They message you asking for the entire gallery immediately. How do you respond?

@Zofia Danielewicz Yeah, pair it with a sharpie to write on the border. This is what I do. On the upper left, I usually write the location, upper right the date, lower left gives me room to write a brief message like "To *name*, So wonderful to work with you!" and then sign it in the lower right. I could add all of it as text in the app that prints the image, but I think there's something about the handwritten that makes it feel more special. I'll attach a sample one that I have on my fridge from a gathering of friends so it's just missing the "To" message since I kept this one.

@Jeff Celistal that's what communities are for. Sharing of ideas. I'm so glad you found it helpful.
POV: The client says “My friend can do it cheaper.” 💀
This question again. How do you respond?
