Self storage or RV park investing
Ryan, currently I’m an STR investor, but looking into potentially entering the commercial space with either self storage or RV park investing. I’m curious your perspective on the tax advantages or disadvantages when compared to STR investing.

@Ryan Bakke, CPA so you are saying there is no short term loophole where I would have to track hours, etc. like we have to do in the STR world? Meaning…..buy a commercial property, do a cost seg, and then deduct 100% of the dep’n regardless of hours worked? Passive vs. active doesn’t matter?
