I think it is about identifying your outbound niche, and then going out to find those people, and create events (digital and in-person) to be around those people. key way to do this: join an association. Be the treasurer, or better yet, the membership chair. Organize events for the association, and invite people to them. Become friends with your target audience. People will come to you.
