Hello & thank you, My wife and I plan on a home birth, but in case we end up having to go to the hospital, I wanted to have a Birth Plan prepared. Has anyone created one? Would you mind sharing? We want something that explicitly states that we decline all vaccines and no medical interventions should be administered without our approval.

Home daycare we were attending questioned my religious exemption letter/asked my reasoning. They are concerned with not having MMR….also mentioned they would need to inform other parents of our status… need advise
